There are only two weeks left for this year.
The time passes so quickly and I am getting wiser so quickly.
I bought a DVD camera for myself. It’s a Christmas present.
I got a ticket for a J-Waking. It was $123.00.
I couldn’t believe what city tried to do
for a poor senior citizen like me.
So, I said “Might as well, spend more money”
this time for myself.

A Shining moment

This is the Usui lake, located between
Gunma and Nagano prefecture in Japan.
The bright Autumn afternoon sunlight over the lake,
gives a moment of life to red, orange, yellow leaves,
before the cold Winter wind blow.

群馬と長野県の境にある碓氷湖。
水彩画家の集まり「ウエブ喫茶室」今月の課題の一つ。
キラキラ輝く光に誘われこの題材を選んだ。
冬の前の短い季節に一瞬の美を競う木の葉達。
そんな思いを描いてみました。
