It was Memorial day today. I forgot all about it and I went to post office. Of course it was closed. However, I finished another errand. That was going to the Home Depot. I needed paper for printing. The old papers were about run out.
It was reception of SBWS Watercolor painting exhibition. I went to there early. Because I want to come home early. I had some works to do this afternoon. When I got there there were not many people in the gallery. The reception begins at 1 PM. By that time the number of visitors has increased.
First, I look around all the works in the gallery. Some people came to me and I had nice conversation with them.
I spent about three hours and came home. It was almost time for my nap. Anyway, I had a fulfilling day.
When I want to eat a hamburger I go to the Norms restaurant.
When I want to eat club sandwich I go to Piper's.
When I want to eat hot turkey breast open sandwich I go to Dupar's restaurant. It is good to have all of them at one place but things do not come as expected.
That's why life is interesting.

A friend of mine and I went restaurant called Piper's for dinner.
I love the club sandwich of this place. It's very tasty.
So I had it again and enjoyed it.
It was a day of watercolor class. I did demonstration. It was Yosemite Park scene. I do demonstration every second and fourth Wednesday of the month.
I saw an interesting scene at the park I go every morning during my walk. It looks like chicks of Canadian geese lined up and doing Tai-Chi. Or is it just my imagination.
I make greeting cards. Using my watercolor images. Sometimes, I enter crafts show ans end sell my cards.
It was hot day like a midsummer. I have to go out this afternoon. I'd better wait until late afternoon. It might getting cool down by that time.
This is the watercolor demonstration piece I did long time ago at my watercolor class. I have just found the image in my imac. So, I will share this with you. This is the really lovable looking cat. I enjoyed painting it.
During the morning walk I saw smoke signal in the sky. Who is sending the signal and what is that for. (^o^)LOL
I do stretch exercise every morning before I take a walk. And now I have white cat friend joins me. It's must be belong to some neighbor around here.
I plan to meet with a friend at a restaurant in Monterey Park.
I attempted to meet her a week ago. However it was failed.
We searched each other but we could not meet. Because we were looking for each other a block away. So, we couldn't meet and gave up.
We challenged it again today. This time thing was easy. We made enough preparations this time. We enjoyed delicious Chinese food.
Everything was delicious and satisfied.
I want to go back there again if it's closer from my place. Unfortunately it's a little far away.
I took two of my masterpiece paintings to SBWS show. It wasn't the paintings I expected but I did my best. I will do it much better for next year. Or did I say that last year same time? Anyway you have to believe me I did best, only result was not as I planed.
Finally, only one day left for me to paint. So, I started early this morning. And I finished painting not one but two paintings. Am I great or what?
Oh no! I have only two days to paint before a day of artwork take in. But don't worry. I started it early this morning. I am going to paint two paintings. Wow I am feel high. I can concentrate very well with a good pressure.
I have only four days to paint new watercolor. This coming Saturday is the day of take in paintings. I will start painting tomorrow.
