Yesterday, Independent day BBQ and today is my birthday. J, N and I went to a nice restaurant in Glendale. I had too much wine yesterday, so I had glass of seven-up. I have to watch my cholesterol.

Congratulation! a new McDonald's opened just a block away from my house. Bad news is I seldom go to McDonald's.

 

 I took two paintings to SBWS art exhibition. This is my first time to enter the show.

I am going to enter two exhibitions this month. I painted two paintings for each exhibition.

J and I enjoyed a breakfast at a Japanese restaurant in Japan town.

 

 I painted this piece when I studied Japanese ink painting (simie). You can see the evidence of Sumie painting in a brush movement.
