All about Sunday

This is the morning that two of my friends and I have breakfast together at the J-town. It was thick fog covered my town. So thick I was afraid to drive on freeway. 

Wine

   I had a glass of wine last night. I haven't have it for long time. And I found out drinking wine by myself is not enjoyable. It made me tired quickly. 

   I usually enjoy alcohol at the party though.

The Christmas Gift

I went to Hollywood. One thing I don't like about in this town is hard to find a street parking space. I was in a hurry. I have to get an audition studio on time. Finally, I found empty space on the street. I parked the car and rushed to the studio. I made it. Audition went well. But when I came back to my car street police was standing by the car punching information of my car to his devise. I got $75.00 parking violation ticket. Thank you officer.

A beautiful day

Friday morning, every thing look beautiful after  two dark and cold rainy days. A friend and I went to a small bakery and cafe. We had light breakfast there. It was cup of hot coffee and croissant ham and cheese sandwiches.

Watercolor class

It’s raining and cold. Even though this bad weather I took a morning walk as usual. It is almost my morning ritual.
I had a watercolor class this afternoon. I worried the weather because I majority of my students were senior. Some of them might not drive in the rain. After all, I have three students showed up the class. Good job ladies. You guys made me a happy instructor.

 I added a little more work on the demonstration piece which I did at the watercolor class last wednesday. I think it was enough work for this painting. I will take this to the class on the next wednesday.
 
In the afternoon I painted new watercolor. I finished it quickly.

A breakfast club

As usual、 we three of us get together at the restaurant in Little Tokyo this morning. It was our regular Sunday meeting.
The restaurant open at 8am. As soon as it opened we got in and we stayed there until a littl after 10am. We enjoyed a nice meal and chat. 

Japanese seniore lunch gathering

Two friends of mine and I went to Japanese restaurant 
in Long Beach and enjoyed the lunch. 
We arrived there and we stayed until 2pm.
The place is closed for lunch time on 2pm and they 
open 5:30pm for dinner. 

I see this sign every morning during my regular walking exercise.  
I don't know why but this sign caught my attention.
I think this is a kind of cute sign I want have one in my house.
