I received a visa card from AT&T. This is a part of their rebate program. I bought a DSL internet connection service from AT&T. The deal was that I can get a special discount monthly charge and free DSL modem. However, I had to pay $100.00 for modem then claim the rebate. As result of all the work I got the prepaid visa card for $100.00.
