I started a brown rice diet. I tried it once before, however I failed it. So, this is a second time challenge. I talked my doctor about my high cholesterol problem and he gave me some good foods list of lower the cholesterol. And one of them is brown rice. I am willing to learn how to enjoy brown rice. I will try anything that good for my health. I am a health conscious senior.
