I woke up with good feeling.
Wow!!
Finally, I got out of a jet lag.
Good by jet lag.
I took a middle distance morning walk.
(I have three different courses for a morning walk.)
It was an hour and half walk include Tai-Chi exercise.
I almost forgot that how wonderful feel like to be just normal condition.
I had a schedule for this morning but
a little chores here and there kept me busy.
I had a just enough time to take a shower and have lunch
and go to a watercolor class.
